Paul Michael Glaser who portrayed Detective David Starsky on the 1970s television series, Starsky & Hutch, attended Tulane University where he majored in theatre and English with a minor in architecture and graduated in 1966. During that time his room-mate was Bruce Paltrow – who went on to become a film director and in 1972 had a daughter, Gwyneth.
