In her autobiography Girl In Band, Kim Gordon mentions that in 1969, while in high school she met and started dated Danny Elfman – who would go on to be the singer and songwriter for Oingo Boingo, also scoring many of Tim Burton’s films and probably most famously/lucratively composing The Simpsons’ theme tune.
